‍Referral Bonus Terms & Conditions

This referral program applies specifically to referrals of companies interested in offering Famnest Premium as an employee benefit for their workforce.

‍

Successful company referrals may qualify for a referral bonus depending on company size, number of employees, selected Famnest Premium plan, and contract duration.

‍

Example referral tiers may include:

‍

• Small companies: up to $250 USD
‍

• Medium-sized companies: up to $500 USD
‍

• Enterprise or long-term contracts: up to $1,000 USD

‍

The maximum referral payout of $1,000 USD is only applicable for larger company agreements and is paid after 120 days of a successful and active ongoing contract with Famnest.

‍

To qualify for any referral payout, the referred company must have a minimum of 100 enrolled users on the Famnest platform. The referred company must also be a new customer and not already in active discussions with Famnest.

‍

Referral payouts are only issued once the customer has signed an agreement, completed onboarding, and remained an active paying customer for a minimum of 120 days.

‍

The referral program is not available to individuals, companies, or entities located in sanctioned or restricted countries, including but not limited to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and regions subject to international sanctions or export restrictions.

‍

Recipients of referral payouts are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, duties, or governmental fees related to the referral payment in their respective jurisdiction.

‍

These terms and conditions may be updated, modified, or withdrawn by Famnest (Stair Path AB) at any time without prior notice.

‍

Famnest (Stair Path AB) reserves the right to determine eligibility and final payout amounts at its sole discretion.
