Famnest started with a simple Reddit post.
That post sparked a conversation. The conversation grew into a product, and the product eventually launched on Product Hunt. After a very successful launch and an incredible response from families, Famnest is now growing quickly.
Today, the United States accounts for more than half of our users and is our primary focus as we grow.
Behind it are brother and sister Rasmus Stjernström and Ida Stjernström, who grew up wishing something like Famnest had existed for their own family.
We are building a trusted digital companion for family life. Something that brings calm to the chaos, helps parents feel more supported, and gives families more space for what matters.
It starts at home.
We believe some of technology’s most meaningful progress will happen not in boardrooms or outer space, but inside everyday family life.
Our vision is a companion that feels a little like Mary Poppins: present but never intrusive, helpful but never controlling.
Technology should serve families, not distract them. It should strengthen trust, not erode it.
